CAVE and Big Brother/Big Sister Programs
Through the CSU, Chico C.A.V.E. (Community Action Volunteers in Education) college students work with individual Hispanic students. These volunteers work with students to raise self-esteem, to establish lifelong goals, as well as working toward reducing the Hispanic high school dropout rate.
